Yes, our upholstery and mattresses are designed in our workshop, located at our production site in northern France.

Yes, you can submit your request via email at contact@acimeframe.com. You will be redirected to the sales representative for your region to assess your project and needs.

Yes, in some cases we offer a delivery service so that your local sales representative can deliver and commission your new equipment.

Orders & Deliveries

Standard delivery: The driver delivers directly to the general store.

UGAP, RESAH, or direct quotation: The driver delivers directly. We have agreements with our purchasing groups. The installation and commissioning of the equipment are carried out by your local sales representative.

You will receive an order confirmation within 48 to 72 hours, indicating the estimated delivery date.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can still change your delivery address. To do so, please contact us at contact@acimeframe.com or commande@acimeframe.com.

You have 14 days to change your mind. To do so, please contact us at contact@acimeframe.com or commande@acimeframe.com.

In the presence of the carrier, it is essential to open and check the products inside the package, even if the exterior appears undamaged.

If an issue is found, note it on the delivery receipt with a reservation for proper function.

You have the right to refuse the delivery if the product is unusable in its current state.

After-sales service

Please contact our after-sales service at contactsav@acimeframe.com explaining the issue and, if possible, attach photos of the product. We will also need the order number and product model. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions.

To replace your upholstery, we will need the serial number of your product. Please send this information via email to contactsav@acimeframe.com.
